I have been exercising with Renee for more than two years, and believe that she has a vast knowledge of her profession. I am really enjoying the variety and challenges she puts into kettlebell classes which also includes cardio and strength training.
Renee’s workout classes are always fun , never boring. Most importantly , she ensure that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. My fitness has increased and I have seen improvements in my ability to complete more kettlebell routines, core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights, and generally push myself harder throughout each classes.
I thoroughly enjoy working out in group sessions in the outdoor environment with funny and encouraging ladies. I find I actually look forward to my workouts.
